Skills Required:
- At least 1-2 years of working in the SOC
- Proficient in Incident Management and Response, handling escalations
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Responsible for working in a 24×7 Security Operation centre (SOC) environment.
- Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices
- Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services
- Analyse and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities
- Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends
- Guide and share information with other analysts and other teams;
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years and above of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cybersecurity
industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources, including SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
- Respond to security incidents, perform initial investigations, and triage alerts based on severity and impact.
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents to identify the root cause, impact, and scope.
- Develop and implement containment, eradication, and recovery strategies.
