Job Description :

  • Leading efforts to counter security breaches and anticipating and reducing the likelihood of future security alerts, incidents, and disasters.
  • Defining, planning, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading security measures, policies, and controls.
  • Writing reports and providing insights on the efficacy of the current security policies, incident responses, disaster recovery plans, and other security-related information.
  • Assisting with the creation of updates and training programs to secure the network and train the employees.
  • Keeping the security systems up to date.
  • Monitoring security access and maintaining the relevant data.
  • Conducting vulnerability testing and risk analyses to assess security and performing internal and external security audits.
  • Analyzing security breaches to identify the cause and to update incidence responses and disaster recovery plans.
  • Verifying and coordinating security plans with outside vendors.
  • Creating procedures for IT employees and training them in security awareness.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    2. Significant years of experience in implementing and supporting SIEM solutions, with expertise in Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault.

    3. Excellent Networking, Linux, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SIEM

    Customer Handling, and Communication Skills.

    4. Thorough understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies.

    5. Hands-on experience with Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault, including deployment, configuration, and administration.

    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

    7. Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    9. Proficiency in troubleshooting network and security-related issues, with a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall technologies.

    10. Experience with Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, AlienVault, or similar SIEM solutions is highly desirable.

    11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    12. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

    13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Deploy and configure Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault SIEM solutions according to client requirements.

    2. Perform initial setup and integration of data sources, including log collection, normalization, and correlation rules.

    3. Conduct onsite or remote training sessions for client personnel on Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault product usage and best practices.

    4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation.

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault solutions.

    6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Splunk, LogRhythm, Wazuh, or AlienVault products and security industry trends.

    7. Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.

    8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.







       Job Description: 

      As a Network Engineer at Secureinteli Technologies Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of our organization’s data communication systems. You will work closely with the IT team to design and manage scalable and secure networks that meet our business needs. 

      Key Responsibilities: 

      Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. 

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions meet business requirements. 

       Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s data and network resources. 

      Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents. 

      Perform regular network maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups. 

      Identify and resolve network issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime. 

      Implement network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address network performance issues

      Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory. 

      Evaluate network capacity and make recommendations for upgrades as needed to accommodate growth. 

      Work with network equipment vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and services. 

      Collaborate with other teams to support projects and initiatives that require network expertise. 

      Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues. 

      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

      Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. 

      Previous experience in network administration or engineering. 

      Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.). 

      Hands on experience in Firewall, routers, and switches 

      Experience in Active Directory is an added advantage. 

      Experience with network security practices and technologies. 

      Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. 

      Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
